What belongs

Collectshare is a place to keep what catches your eye. A song, a link, a photo, a thought, a thing you tried, in your own words.

• Your honest take, good or bad, on things you have heard, seen, used or tried.
• Photos, recordings and links you have the right to share.
• Entries for your eyes only, and entries you make public. The same guidelines apply to both.

What doesn't

These follow the rules in our Terms of Service, which is the binding version.

• Anything illegal, including threats and hate speech.
• Harassing or abusing anyone.
• Spam, or posting the same thing over and over to sell something.
• Claims you know are false, presented as fact.
• Photos, music or writing you don't have the right to post.
• Pretending to be someone else.
• Malicious code, or trying to break Collectshare.

Collectshare is for adults. If an account belongs to someone under 18, we suspend it and delete its data.

How to report

Flag any entry you think breaks these guidelines. A person reviews every flag. To report a handle or anything else, email moderation@collectshare.com.

What happens next

Entries aren't checked before they are posted. We look at flags as they come in and aim to respond within 24 hours.

If an entry breaks these guidelines, we remove it. Repeated or serious breaks can lead to suspension or a permanent ban, and a report to the authorities where the law requires or allows it.

If we remove your entry or suspend your account and you think we got it wrong, email moderation@collectshare.com with your handle, the entry and why. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
